Trainee Field Controller

You will work alongside the Field Manager and research team as they design and deliver market research projects for a range of clients within the healthcare market. You will ensure the smooth execution of projects and will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of field project management including: commissioning agencies and freelancers, arranging fieldwork documentation, organising and attending agency briefings, booking travel, liaising with external suppliers, monitoring costs, and providing all related administrative support.

Your excellent communication skills will be complemented by a professional attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. You will be IT literate and your command of both written and verbal English must be fluent. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grades A-C (including Maths and English). Previous administration experience is useful but not essential.

This is a permanent position, hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday Friday, but applicants must be flexible as overtime may be required from time to time.
