Caroline Jameson
Managing Director
Caroline has been Managing Director of HRW since its birth in 2001.
Following completion of her PhD in Physiology (researching Stress Susceptibility in Pigs no less), Caroline started on a sales and marketing career in the pharmaceutical industry. After more than 14 years as a client, the chance to bring a fresh approach to healthcare research enticed Caroline to move agency side - a move that she has found extremely rewarding.
Caroline loves to spend time in the French Alps whenever possible - either walking in the summer or skiing (or is it aprés skiing?) in the winter.
Jeanette Harwood
Director
Jeanette has 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare research across many respondent types and markets. She regularly designs, directs and manages research across HRW’s portfolio of methodologies and always enjoys the challenge her role brings.
Jeanette likes to spend time with her family and animals, is an experimental cook (great way to relax), enjoys keeping fit and reading and is a dedicated Liverpool FC fan!
Nicola Maxwell
Associate Director
Nicola has over 11 years research experience and joined HRW at the end of 2005. With a strong focus on analysis and interpretation she aims to find sound business solutions and opportunities for HRWs clients, often combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. In her spare time, Nicola unwinds with yoga and lifts herself up again with regular trips to the gym.
Pete Gibson
Associate Director
Pete joined HRW in 2007 with 9 years of experience in market research. He has worked across all kinds of industry sectors, specialising latterly in retail and consumer research. Pete is no stranger to international research, having directed projects across over 40 different markets and he enjoys the challenge of managing complex surveys. He is currently experiencing the joys of parenthood with his baby daughter, Emma, and trying to work out how to tie this in with his other passions - fell walking and mountain biking.
Esme Holt
Associate Director
Es joined HRW in 2002 and brings to the team over 5 years of agency side experience. Her forte is project management but she also loves being involved with HRW's marketing, people management and other committees. She has designed and managed both qualitative and quantitative projects internationally and worked across HRW's portfolio of methodologies. Es keeps herself very busy in her spare time; socialising, gymming and learning Italian - bellissima
Susan Morse
Associate Director
Susie joined HRW in 2004 after deciding healthcare market research would be the ideal career to combine her interests in healthcare with her degree in Physiological Sciences, which she studied at Oxford University. She works on all aspects of project work and is continuously developing both her qualitative and quantitative skills, including playing a key role in supporting clients and helping them to get what they need from research. Outside of work she enjoys cooking up her favourite meals, enjoying them with good company and going to the gym to work it all off again!
Catherine Elms
Research Manager
Catherine joined HRW in 2005 having graduated from Warwick University in 1999 with a first class degree in Mathematics and gained a distinction in her MA in Market Research / Strategic Marketing. At work, Catherine has managed a wide range of projects, though she particularly enjoys working on studies that involve the high quality statistical methodologies pioneered at HRW. Outside of work Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two (very energetic!) young children.
Sian O'Regan
Research Executive
Sian recently joined HRW after graduating from the University of Bath in 2006 with a degree in Psychology. During her degree she spent a year as a Research Assistant working on a variety of different projects and is now looking forward to starting her career in market research as she is fascinated by human behaviour and the theories that lie behind it. In her spare time Sian once wowed her university’s airwaves by co-hosting a radio show (well she tried anyway!) and she also likes to socialise, shop and occasionally play badminton.
Jenny Benton
Senior Research Executive
Jenny joined HRW in 2006, after studying Sociology and Criminology at Cardiff University and taking a year out to travel the world. Jenny has worked on a wide range of quantitative and qualitative projects as well as trying to get involved in as many new challenges as possible. In her spare time she is learning Spanish, going to the gym (but not enjoying it!) and planning where in the world she would like to visit next.
Jozef Helyes
Office and Field Manager
Jozef joined HRW in 2006 as a research assistant. He works assisting the whole research team across projects and managing the supplier and agency information. Jozef enjoys being busy and in his spare time likes walking with his dog Bertie and admiring the countryside. Also he enjoys designing gardens and Tai-chi.
