The day consisted of 5 webinars that covered a range of the latest hot topics in applied behavioural science in healthcare market research.

Emma Neville
Behavioural Scientist

Emma completed her Masters in the History and Philosophy of Medicine at the University of Cambridge, with a specific focus on patient empowerment in healthcare settings, and is particularly passionate about how behavioural science insights can be leveraged to improve patient experiences. She has applied her behavioural science expertise to a wealth of qualitative and quantitative projects over the years across a wide range of therapy areas, from disease awareness to franchise branding campaigns, in pharma, consumer health and vaccine categories. She was part of the Highly Commended team for the ‘Best Patient Insight’ BOBI award in 2021, as well as the Highly Commended ‘Best Use of Innovation’ BOBI award 2021 team.
