Driving behaviour change is a challenge – be it at a patient, HCP, payer or internal stakeholder level. Behavioural science gives us key tools to ensure that insights live on within your business; creating empathy is just one of the ways that we can maximise engagement, and ultimately drive action.

This webinar, presented by Robyn Laurie (Associate Director), will focus on the three core components of the empathy machine: cognitive empathy, emotional contagion and compassion – also known as the head, the heart and the gut. We will explore how these work together to inspire behaviour change, giving you tools to help inspire action both internally and externally.
