At HRW, Research Managers don’t just “run projects”, they lead them end-to-end, build trusted client relationships, and play an active role in shaping how we do reseach. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be trusted to manage multiple healthcare research projects from start to finish, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver insight that genuinely changes decision. This role will include: -Owning projects end-to-end, from design through final debrief -Leading qualitative and quantitative research across therapy areas -Turning complex data into clear, compelling stories clients can act on -Managing timelines, budgets and quality with confidence -Acting as a key client contact ands helping grow long-term relationships -Supporting and developing more junior researchers within the team You’ll also get exposure to proposal writing, account development, and, if you want it, line management as you grow.
