How much does your current self help your future self? Do you often take steps to safeguard your financial future or develop beneficial habits?

The degree to which we do it varies from person to person, but behavioural science can help shed a light on certain biases that we tend to be susceptible to and can help dismantle the work that our current selves put in for our future selves. Join three Behavioural Science Analysts from the HRW Shift team, Alexandra PetracheDavid Manshreck, and Jeremy Koloski as well as former HRW Shift employee Emma Neville, as they take us on a journey to discover why we don’t always act in the best interest of our future selves, and what steps we can take to change that.
