Getting people to engage in preventative sexual health behaviours (condom use, STI testing) is always a challenge.

Last year, as people started to socialise again after lockdowns, our behavioural science team HRW Shift were part of a collaboration with University of Nottingham, Together Agency, and the NHS to apply a robust, evidence-based behavioural science approach to this challenge; designing a campaign from the ground up to tackle common barriers.

The approach to this work has been published in a special edition of the peer-reviewed journal Behavioural Sciences as part of a special issue on Health Behaviour Change: Theories, Methods, and Interventions!

Should you have any questions, feel free to contact the Shift team on shift@hrwhealthcare.com.
