As part of a global, market research team delivering scientifically-grounded, powerful insights to our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, the Org Health team are looking to expand and introduce the newly created L&D position, therefore its an exciting time to join us!

The successful candidate will be joining an organisational health team that embraces change, who are positive, curious and above all committed to putting people first. In this role, you will provide a proactive, and effective training service to our global teams that enable development opportunities, introducing updated frameworks and progression plans.

Essential Skills

• Experience introducing new ways of working and embedding development frameworks
• Experience of supporting and developing programmes for upskilling colleagues
• Experience in management training and soft skills for a wide range of skill level
• Have an eye for opportunity with creative ideas for designing training programmes
• Experience with E-Learning roll out and config development ( to bespoke to our business)
• Partnering with Managers to understand training and development needs and planning for success
• Take ownership of new starter induction success programmes for first 6 months
• Evaluate and assess training outcomes to show success of learning programmes and make improvements where necessary
• Introduce and coordinate Apprenticeship planning
• Connect L&D to other areas of HR such as employee engagement, wellbeing, ED&I and performance development
• General administration of the learning and development workstream, maintaining accurate records/databases and training reports
• Support the Global Head of HR with ongoing L&D projects & initiatives.

 

Requirements

Core competencies

• CIPD qualified in HR and/or learning and development is desirable although relevant experience considered essential
• Experience of learning and development, particularly in relation to managing a learning management system, training need analysis, procuring training and feedback mechanisms
• Experience of providing HR administrative support and advice would be an advantage
• Experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced level) and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Basic HR knowledge would be preferred with the desire to develop within the role

• Full Time position; Hybrid working with min 2 days in office
