Abigail started her career in market research when she joined HRW in 2018 and is based in the London office. Abigail enjoys the challenges of organizing multi-market research and loves to work across a wide variety of methodologies (qual and quant) as well as therapy areas. She has been recognized in the industry and was commended for her project management skills in the 2020 BHBIA Best Newcomer award. Abigail has a particular interest in Neuroscience and is a member of HRW Synapse: providing consultancy to the wider company across a range of conditions. Outside of work, Abigail loves to spend time with her family, take long walks with her dog or snuggle up on the sofa with her kitten.
Abi has worked for HRW since 2017, following her decision to change her career after initially joining the working world in the childcare space. She was attracted to her role as Field Controller, as it allows her to apply and hone her excellent organisation and project management skills. Abi takes a shrewd approach to negotiation and liaison with our local partners, to ensure we maintain high standards on research delivery: in a cost effective and efficient way, passing on direct benefits to our clients. In her time outside work, she loves eating out, travelling and long walks with the dog.
Kirsty joined HRW in 2009 after completing a Masters and Post-Graduate Degree in Modern History from St Andrews University. Market research proved to be the ideal role for Kirsty, allowing her to follow her expertise in digging deep into data and distilling information into well balanced stories, full of rich insights that provide clear strategic direction. Kirsty’s particular passion lies in patient research, and finds it particularly rewarding to work closely with clients who are motivated and focused on the concept of making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. She is also immersed in the oncology sphere through her role within HRW's oncology team, OR:BIT. In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys going to see live comedy and theatre.
